We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Ticketing and Reservation Officer Location: Lagos Requirements

• Must have at least IATA Diploma
• At least two years experience in the airline and travel industry
• A marketing background will be a plus

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS
• Knowledge of Aviation and Airline industry
• Have good telephone manners and strong communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service
