Job Title: Admin / Human Resources Officer

Location: Shangisha - Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Assists in planning , implementing and managing the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Assists in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Assists in providing counseling and support on policies and procedures
  • Assists in planning and implementing training programs
  • Assists in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
  • Assists in performing duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
  • Assists in creating, implementing and managing onboarding plans
  • Assists in Identifying and developing KPIs for HR department and other departments

Administrative Duties:

  • Reporting to the group head, human resources and executive management and performing secretarial duties
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings
  • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required
  • Observing the best business practices and etiquette
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public
  • Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments
  • Carries out other job functions that may be assigned by the Group Head, Human Resources & Executive Management.


  • B.Sc / HND in IRPM / HR and allied disciplines
  • At least 2 years proven experience as HR office or HR Assistant
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Essentially, this position is for intelligent, smart and promising fresh female graduates in their twenties
  • Candidates residing in the following locations; Ikosi, Shangisha, Ikeja, Alakpere Ketu, Oshodi, Magboro and environs will have an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; Excel, MS Word & Power point is COMPULSORY
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
