Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ring Road, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Be responsible for designing of all company flyers
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distributions correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  •  Process clients documents, and regular updates of company profiles on Instagram and YouTube.

Requirements and Skills

  • OND, HND / B.Sc in any related field
  • Proven work experience in secretarial/admin roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must resides close to the job location or its environments
  • Must be very good in Ms Word, coreldraw, Excel, Internet search and design of flyers
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
