We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Aftersales Maintenance Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of service engineers, technicians, and customer service staff.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless post-sales service.
• Ensure timely resolution of service issues and minimise equipment downtime.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure high team performance.
• Develop and oversee a preventive and corrective maintenance program

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, pro-diagnostics, and repair best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving organisational skills,
• Minimum 5 — 7 years of experience in after-sales service maintenance management, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Proven leadership experience in managing service or maintenance teams.
