Direct Danniel Investment Limited (DDIL) is a limited liability company and a Parent body to seven (7) different subsidiaries namely: Direct Danniel Savings/Loan, International Film Village and Estates, Mega Contribution, Christian Cable Television Network, Five Star Security Company, Legends of Africa and ICDAF Films Production Company. A short summary of the services of these subsidiaries are: Real Estate, Cable Television Channel, Film Production and Marketing, Savings and Loans business, Import and Export e.t.c.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Agent

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Lagos & Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Work with marketer to collect potential leads to follow up on them to convince each prospect to buy a land or more
• Work with real estate manager to know the available lands to sell

Key Requirements

• SSCE (minimum)
• At least 1 year relevant work experience.
• Good command of soft skills to facilitate easy communication between levels of organisational hierarchy
• Must be a resident of the state he/she is applying from.
• Must have good communication skills

Salary
To be paid 20% of each land sold.
