We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Architect

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Preparing and presenting design proposals to the company
  • Producing detailed drawings
  • Making site visits to check on progress
  • Dealing with problems that might come up during building
  • Any other duty assigned.
  • Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
  • Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
  • Co-coordinating the work of contractors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience
  • The ideal candidate should have vast knowledge in real estate development
  • Be passionate about buildings and the built environment
  • Care about people and the environment.
  • Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
  • Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
  • Be inventive and imaginative
