Job Description

• Develop detailed 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthrough animations.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to produce deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to meet project specifications.
• Ensure visual outputs meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Create 2D drawings and other visuals based on architectural plans and sketches.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure visuals align with project goals.
• Report to the head Architect at Kodai Construction.

Qualifications

• BSc / HND / Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Visualization or related field.
• At least 3 years work experience in Architectural Visualization preferably within the real estate development industry.
• Strong portfolio of completed projects.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 monthly.
