Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating and engaging designs across various digital and traditional platforms.
• This position requires collaboration with the creative team, marketing strategists, and clients to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for producing digital assets, managing design projects, and ensuring the delivery of high quality visual content.
• This role demands a strong design aesthetic, technical proficiency in design software, and the ability to lead and inspire a creative team.

Job Responsibilities
As the Art Director/Graphics Designer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative and compelling design concepts.
• Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, design tools, and best practices to infuse innovation into your work.
• Skillfully presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders, adapting to feedback as necessary to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful design across all marketing channels.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of design processes and workflows.
• Creating visually striking and effective designs for various digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Overseeing the entire design process, from concept development to final execution.
• Juggling and prioritizing multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring that all deadlines are met with precision.
• Ensuring that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Mentoring and providing creative direction to junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Attributes / Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

• A graduate of any field from a reputable higher institution.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the design industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with digital design tools and trends.
• Must possess the following qualities: Adaptability, communication skills, time management, problem-solving, team player, and marketing insight.
• Age Range: 23 – 28 years.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / month.
