Job Title: Assistant Facility Officer

Location: Jibowu Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facility Officer to manage the company's business premises and overseer maintenance and repair tasks on the premises.

Job Summary

• The Facility Officer is responsible for the smooth operations of the business premises, ensuring utilities such as water, electricity and cooling systems are in perfect working condition.
• Overseeing repair and maintenance of building infrastructure and company assets.
• Carrying out scheduled maintenance on company assets as required.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• NABTEB or OND in a technical field
• Experience and qualification in Electrical repairs, HVAC equipment repair and maintenance or related field
• 1 - 3 years’ experience as a Facility or Maintenance Officer
• Good organizational and process management skills.
• Experience in the Hospitality industry is desirable
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N30,000 / month.
