Lai Omotola. In a space of Nine(9) years, additional 14 companies were added to make up CFL Group as it is known today.

In 2015 CFL Group became a full fledge infrastructure company cutting across Real Estate, Energy, Power, Construction, Agriculture and Transportation. CFL Group is a fully indigenous Nigeria Company located in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Legal Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Draft a wide variety of legal agreements
• Review legal legislation
• Provides documents needed by external solicitors
• Maintain register and other documentary records required by the Company
• Legal research
• Legal documentation
• Legal advice
• Provide all other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by Legal Officer

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Law from any reputable University
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong knowledge of Corporate and Property Law
• Enthusiasm in the delivery of assigned duties.
• Minimum of 3-5 years post-call
• Good knowledge of litigation
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
