We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager Location: Abuja

Job Description

Assist in over seeing vendor/service providers for the general maintenance of the estates
Assist in coordinating the estate residence secretariat and periodic meetings
Planning and scheduling of operatives for operations
Assist in standardization and adherence to policies and procedures
Monthly report rendition to the operations manager.
Ability to drive is an added advantage.
Call clients for feedback after operations
Firm leadership of team members for optimal results
Develop innovations to improve facility management process

Qualification

HND / B.Sc in Science related course and at least 3 years working experience in similar industries.
