Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor Trainee to join our Team.
• The selected candidate will undergo structured training to develop supervisory, technical, and operational management skills.
• This role is designed to prepare the trainee for a future supervisory position within the department.

Job Description

• Learn pest control techniques, safety procedures, and compliance standards under the guidance of senior supervisors.
• Observe and assist in coordinating technicians’ daily field activities.
• Maintain records of service activities, treatments, and reports for learning purposes.
• Gain experience in handling client inquiries and field challenges under supervision.
• Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understand scheduling, task allocation, and operational workflows.
• Participate in training sessions on team management, client interactions, and reporting.
• Assist in monitoring the quality and safety of pest control operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related fields.
• Willingness to learn and work in outdoor/field conditions.
• Proactive, safety-conscious, and committed to professional growth.
• Good observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
