Job Title: Assistant Production Manager / Quality Control Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objectives

• Backs up the Manager on essential operations in the factory
• Ensure safe work environment
• Comply with all PPE requirements
• Communicate quality-related concerns to production and appropriate managers in a timely manner
• To follow high-quality standards and to support shop floor production by providing them quality inputs.
• To prepare various analysis reports and data to submit to management for decision-making.
• Ensure that production standards, packaging, and specifications are strictly followed.
• Inspection of raw materials, in-process and finished goods to ensure quality
• He also performs Quality Control functions such as lab operations and to do various analysis and quality inspections for raw materials, in-process and final products.
• Complete quality forms, report logs, and maintain a document filing system
• Making timely planning of raw materials request.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor / Master degrees in Paint Technology / Chemistry / Chemicals.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Experience as a quality control officer in a paint industry
• The applicant must have good knowledge about various deco / industrial RM & FG evaluation,fair knowledge about paint formulations.
• Experience in ISO will be an added advantage.

Salary Range
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
