Job Title: Background Check Supervisor

Job Description

• The position of Background Checks Supervisor entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on all verification requests.
• The Supervisor, Background Checks Department co-coordinates and supervises the activities of the department.

Job Responsibilities
Co-ordinate Background Checks and Certificate Verification units to:

• Ensure that new requests are promptly treated.
• Ensure all background checks and certificate verification requests are documented upon receipt.
• Monitor the weekly follow-up activities by obtaining the weekly follow-up log form from verification officers.
• Ensure that verifications are conducted thoroughly and safely by liaising with the necessary officers and authorities.
• Ensure only error free reports are sent to clients.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have minimum of 3 years work experience in supervisory role in a fast paced environment.
• Candidate must be able to work under pressure and work skillfully to meet deadlines.
• Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS packages especially, MS Word and Excel.
• Candidate must be a graduate of a reputable university.
• Candidate must have completed NYSC.
• Candidate must reside with Lekki - Awoyay axis.
