Job Title: Batching Plant Operations Manager

Description

• On behalf of our esteemed client in the Real Estate Industry, we are seeking to hire a Batching Plant Operations Manager.
• This is a critical position in the construction and real estate industry as the Batching Plant is responsible for producing ready-mix concrete that is used in various construction projects.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Batching Plant and ensuring that all production is in line with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of ready-mix concrete using the batching plant, ensuring that all production is in line with client specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure that production targets are met.
• Manage the plant's inventory of raw materials, ensuring that the correct materials are available for production.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed, and all staff members are aware of and follow the safety protocols.
• Regularly review the performance of the batching plant, recommend performance improvements and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
• Prepare and monitor the batching plant budget, ensuring that all production costs are kept within acceptable limits.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures for the batching plant and ensure that all staff members are trained to follow them.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a Batching Plant management role or related role
• Knowledge of batching plant operations, production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures and provide training to staff members.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, standards and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
