Job Summary

- The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion.
- The ideal candidate should have proven experience in real estate and finance, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
Key Responsiblities
- Identify, source, and close new real estate deals including sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with property owners, investors, developers, financial institutions, and high-net-worth clients.
- Structure and negotiate property transactions, financing arrangements, and investment partnerships.
- Support property valuation, pricing strategies, and deal feasibility assessments.
- Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and portfolio expansion.
- Monitor market trends, property values, and financial indicators to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify profitable real estate and investment opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and financial models for investors and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Officer or in a similar role within the real estate and/or finance sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, property investment, financing structures, and deal negotiation.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and business ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to source, structure, and close high-value real estate and financial deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, financial models, and investor presentations.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
