Job Description

• The Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve our company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to increase the company's market share and revenue growth.
• Analyze and report on sales data and market trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop new products and services to meet customer needs.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team of business development professionals.
• Ensure that all business development activities are compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in business development or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial services industry and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly with several benefits (competitive salary and benefits package).
