Job Title: Wholesale Cashier Location: Lagos Island, Lagos Qualifications

OND in Accounting or a related course.
Preference: Female

Experience:

1 year and above working in a working in a fast pace retail or wholesale environment.

Salary Competitive.

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate) Location: Lagos Duties

Create and negotiate the terms of commercial or residential sale or lease of properties.
Supervise and train sales team.
Maintain expense records, set budget limits, develop costsaving strategies and prepare financial statements.
Oversee facilities management.
Create property operations budgets.

Requirements

B.Sc in a related course.
7 years experience in real estate market with verifiable achievements.
Excellent communication skills.
Negotiation skills.
Preference: female
MBA/M.Sc in a related course will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years experience working as a sales manager in a reputable property firm
Knowledge of purchase process.
