Job Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting Brisktrade’s technical solutions. 
• This role combines in-depth technical knowledge with strategic sales skills to deliver value to both clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
• Promote Brisktrade’s engineering, procurement, and NDT inspection services to prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client technical requirements and prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
• Conduct product/service presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of engineering services, procurement processes, and NDT inspection techniques.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and complex client requirements.
