Business Development Officer at Clearpay Microfinance Bank

Clearpay is a License Micro-Finance bank under the CBN regulations and has been in existence for about 5 years. The bank is duly incorprated and is insured under the NDIC program.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for seasoned professionals with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry — preferably within a Microfinance Bank - who have a proven record of driving sales, business growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Focus Areas:

• Deposit Mobilization
• Credit and Loan Generation
• POS Terminal Distribution.
• SME Business Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Relevant professional certifications

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
