Role Overview

• The Business Development Officer at Crescita Solutions will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships across Pan-African and global markets.
• This role requires a proactive and results-driven mindset, combining market research, networking, and structured outreach to create long-term value for the business.
• The officer will not only focus on acquiring new clients but also work to strengthen existing relationships by understanding client needs and proposing tailored digital solutions.
• They will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and strategy teams to design pitches, respond to proposals, and create growth-focused strategies that align with Crescita Solutions’ mission of delivering scalable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Support the negotiation and closing of business deals.
• Work with sales and marketing to align strategies.
• Track and report business development metrics.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop proposals and presentations for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or tech industries is a plus.
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Strong networking and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with market research abilities.
