Job Description

  • We’re looking for driven post-NYSC graduates who are eager to build successful careers in sales, business development, and recruitment consulting.

• Successful candidates will resume in December 2025, ahead of the full 2026 program launch, to gain early onboarding experience and a head start on their career journey.

Responsibilities

• Support the business development and recruitment team in generating leads and closing sales
• Build and manage lasting client relationships across industries
• Learn to manage the full recruitment sales cycle — from prospecting to client management
• Contribute to revenue targets and company growth objectives
• Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and performance coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, HR, IT, Engineering, etc.)
• Must have completed NYSC
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about growth
• Must reside within or around Lekki , Lagos.
• 0 – 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or any client-facing role
