Job Title: Sales Officer

Locations: Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki & Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking highly driven Sales Officers with experience selling services, software applications, CRM solutions, or technology products.
  • The ideal candidate understands solution-based selling, can engage business clients confidently, and is comfortable pitching value-driven digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert leads for company services and software solutions
  • Pitch and demonstrate CRM tools, applications, and digital services to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions after sales
  • Track client interactions using CRM and generate weekly sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, and decision-makers
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable technology solutions

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field
  • 1 - 4 years proven experience selling services, SaaS, CRM, or technology solutions
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
  • Results-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to build relationships with corporate clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language
