Job Title: Business Development & Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja, Port Harcourt - Rivers & Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Manager to help scale our impact and grow our customer base across key sectors.
  • The Business Development & Sales Manager will lead the development of new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels for Greentev.
  • You will play a key role in growing revenue, building strategic relationships, expanding our market presence, and ensuring that more communities gain access to affordable clean energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market expansion for Greentev’s clean-energy solutions across multiple sectors.
  • Lead product demos and technical discussions, coordinating closely with technical teams.
  • Achieve and surpass sales, revenue, and growth performance targets.
  • Manage key accounts, ensure strong customer experience, and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships while collaborating cross-functionally to refine offerings.
  • Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, donors, and private-sector organizations.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Holds a relevant first degree (Business, Marketing or any field).
  • Demonstrates strong sales performance, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive strategic growth.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and is motivated by sustainability, renewable energy, and community impact.

Compensation

  • Base salary (N150,000 Monthly) and performance-based incentives
  • Bonus based on commercial deals (10%)
  • Rapid growth and salary increase based on performance.
