Goxi Micro Insurance Limited is a composite microinsurance company licensed by NAICOM to offer Life and Non – Life Microinsurance services. We are the first stand-alone licensed Microinsurance in Nigeria.

We offer affordable, innovative and customer centric insurance solutions to low-income individuals, micro and small business enterprises. Our products developed from continue research and close working relationship with the low-income segment are appropriate and relevant at ensuring that real values are delivered to our customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales and Business development throughout assigned Region
• Attend Partner Agents customer meeting to Educates our customers on products process and handles customers’ complaints by generating necessary feedback.
• Develops Relationship to create an opportunity to cross sell other products of of the company in existing PartnersPlatform
• Handles the entire range of sales activities, including relationship building, initial meeting/demonstrations, and presentations and closing business.
• Provides information to the company with regard to industry trends, reasons for wins and losses, state of the competitive marketplace, product development needs, and client/prospect perceptions of the company.
• Develop New Initiatives to Drive Business Growth
• Support the implementation of the marketing and sales strategies of the company.
• Develops business opportunity through Clusters, Cooperatives, Trade and Market Associations, Unions, Aggregators, Community Association etc.
• Any other roles that may be assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
