PetroFlow is an engineering consultancy specialising in the design and management of oil and gas production facilities with additional specialist expertise in flow assurance and real-time production system modeling and optimisation. We design and manage the construction, installation and operation of all equipment between the wellhead and point of product delivery. This includes process equipment, transport pipelines and support structures.

Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.
• This role requires understanding of the engineering, oil and gas industry and a proven business development and sales track record.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Social Science Finance / Engineering, or a related field.
• An advanced degree is a plus.
• Certification(s) in business development, marketing or sales will be a plus

Experience:

•  Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Understanding of the energy, oil, and gas industry, including market dynamics and regulatory environment.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
