Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize performance, and drive sustainable business growth.
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s daily business and operational activities.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s growth and sustainability goals.
• Monitor recycling operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Analyze business performance reports, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and business development.
• Report business progress and performance insights to senior management.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Lead and motivate teams across departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business management, preferably within the manufacturing or recycling sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong strategic planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
