We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Locations: Abuja; Port Harcourt - Rivers; Lagos Island and Mainland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Real Estate / Hospitality / Consulting / FMCG

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage staff performance, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Contribute to the development of long-term business plans.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data and reports to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management role.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly and above.
