Responsibilities

Business Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Identify expansion opportunities.
Operations:
- Streamline and optimize business operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement processes and systems to support business growth.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive performance and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
- Align teams towards common goals.
- Ensure seamless execution

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of experience in business development, operations, digital marketing, sales, or a related field.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certification in business operations, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing industry trends and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Salary
N1,500,000 – 2,000,000 monthly.
