About the job
Principal Accountabilities:

• Monitoring if in-flows and out-flows on all bank accounts to ensure accountability.
• Preparation of relevant reports to update management of the business and financial position.
• Ensure maintenance and enhancement of assets to prevent aging before their useful life.
• Ensure a smooth relationship with all banks.
• Reconciliation of Proprietary trading accounts
• Rendering of statutory returns(PAYE, CIT, VAT, NFIU, etc) to statutory bodies
• Rendition of returns to regulators within the CMO environment
• Knowledge of BDC operations
• Budget preparation and management
• SBU reporting
• IFRS skill
• Bank reconciliation skill
• Excel skill
• Proper keeping of accounting documents to ensure easy retrieval.
• Preparation of management account for management decision-making.
• Preparation of financial statement for external audit.
• Maintenance and reconciliation of Clients investments
• Preparation of daily cash position
• Payroll administration
