Elipse International Limited is an Indigenous Nigeria company registered under the Nigerian law as a Mining & Exploration, Mineral processing and export company. The company was founded, operated and managed in 2008 under a business name elipse international solutions but was later incorporated into law in April 17th 2013. Elipse International Exploration Solution Limited (EIES) is also a member of the ELIPSE GROUP. EIES Limited is set up with an uncommon visions and managed by experienced innovative executives with extensive knowledge in the Mining and Metallurgical Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide financial planning, reporting & compliance
  • ‎Strengthen financial processes across operations & mineral buying centers
  • ‎Advise the CEO and Board on financial strategy, growth & expansion
  • ‎Manage corporate finance, risk, capital allocation & banking relationships.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, financial controls & investment strategies
  • ‎Drive fundraising initiatives and manage investor relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree (MBA/Finance) is an added advantage.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 -15 years progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience working in Mining, Manufacturing, Energy, or other Heavy Industrial Sectors.
  • Experience managing large-scale operations, Multi-branch Finances, and complex compliance structures.
  • Demonstrated track record in fundraising, including debt financing, equity capital raising, investor relations, and securing strategic financial partnerships.
  • Strong background in Financial Strategy, Corporate Finance, Budgeting, and Risk Management.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks in Nigeria.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement cost-saving strategies and ensure financial efficiency across the company.
  • Experience in capital raising, investor relations, and managing banking relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, investors, and regulatory bodies
