• Responsible for the financial reporting and management systems and for monitoring compliance with budget.
• Achieve financial strategies by establishing accountability processes; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures in the organization.
• Prepare and produce financial management reports, manage staff within the finance department, prepare budget reports, produce accurate financial reports within specific deadlines and arrange new sources of finance for company's facilities.
• Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
• Report financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
• Update job knowledge and adherence to new regulations
• Bring financial matters to the Chief Executive Officer, and prepare recommendations as required

Candidate Requirements/Qualifications

• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or related courses.
• Ten (10) years of full-time work experience as a finance manager or Account manager in a G6ming Industry (ONLY).
• Excellent working knowledge of computers specifically Microsoft office packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Accounting software such as SAGE.
• ACCA or ICAN certified or
• MBA with specialization in Finance will be an added advantage.
