Job Description

• The Head of People and Culture will be responsible for shaping, driving, and sustaining an organizational culture that reflects the company’s values and business vision.
• The role focuses on enhancing employee experience, leadership alignment, and workforce productivity through strategic talent management, employee relations, and culture-driven initiatives.
• This individual will act as a culture architect, building an inclusive, high-performing, and future-ready organization while ensuring full labor compliance and organizational effectiveness.
• Design and implement leadership and career development pathways to build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
• Develop mentorship, coaching, and succession planning frameworks that support growth and retention.
• Facilitate leadership alignment through targeted interventions and behavioral development programs.
• Oversee employee relations to ensure fairness, respect, and adherence to ethical standards across all levels.
• Lead the development and implementation of programs that strengthen the organization’s culture and values.
• Drive continuous improvement in employee engagement, recognition, and overall workplace experience.
• Build mechanisms to capture and act on employee feedback and workforce insights.

Screening Criteria
Please do not apply if you have:

• Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with less than 10 years overall experience in Human Resources Management
• Less than 3 - 5 years Leadership Experience
• No professional qualification related to HRM/Personnel Management

Salary
N1,500,000 - N1,800,000 / Month.
