Job Description

• Responsible for providing best practise expertise in the activation of global reward solutions to attract, motivate and retain employees through competitive, exciting, relevant and cost-effective reward solutions that drive superior performance in the cluster.
• Generates insights into reward dynamics of the talent market in the cluster and communicates these to the Global Reward  of the geography.
• Ensures the consistent activation of reward strategies, systems, processes, policies and tools in the cluster.

What We Ask

• First Degree in Social Science / Arts / other relevant disciplines
• MBA/MSC
• CIPM/CIPD/SHRM
• Broad understanding of reward content, common and best practices, local legislation
• Able to help resolve information problems and queries or know where to refer problem
• Able to simplify technical and complex information to a general audience
• Knowledge of internal processes and policies implementation experience.
• 8 years’ experience in HR/reward management
• Business knowledge and understanding
• Understands how the local business operates
• Logical, analytical mind to analyze information and work according to standards and guidelines
