The Reddington Multi-specialist Hospital built on nine floors provides fully comprehensive tertiary hospital solutions in most medical areas. Our journey as a healthcare provider began in March 2006 with the establishment of the Cardiac Centre, in Victoria Island, in association with the renowned Cromwell Hospital in London.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the hospital's growth and operational goals.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge healthcare technologies, including electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine, and AI-based solutions.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure and hospital management systems.
• Stay updated on emerging healthcare technologies and recommend innovations to enhance service delivery.
• Lead and mentor the IT and technical teams to drive innovation and foster a high-performance culture.
• Establish partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and clinical teams to identify technological solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in technology leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or hospital management.

Preferred:

• Certifications in IT governance or healthcare technology management.
