Job Summary

• As a CTO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy, driving innovation, and leading our technical teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our technology strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives
• Drive innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within our technical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine our product roadmap
• Lead and manage our technical teams, including software development, data analytics, and IT infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the tech industry

Requirements

• 2-12 years of experience in technology leadership, including CTO, VP Engineering, or similar roles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work strategically, driving innovation and growth.
• Strong technical background, with expertise in software development, data analytics, and IT infrastructure.
