Roles & Responsibilities

• Articulate the overall IT strategy and ensure alignment with the organisation’s strategy, business goals and objectives.
• Translate business imperatives and strategy into information technology solutions to support business operations and improve cost effectiveness and service quality.
• Collaborate with business functions and subsidiaries to identify IT requirements and acquire technology solutions in line with overall corporate and business strategy.
• Manage and control annual operating and capital expenditure budget for IT to ensure consistency with overall strategic objectives. 
• Continually review and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT function’s policies, procedures and processes and identify improvement opportunities. 
• Oversee and coordinate the information technology environment and ensure consistent IT system availability to sustain business operations.
• Manage the IT function and ensure the right balance of people, processes, products, services to continuously support the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering or Computer Science. 
• A relevant Master’s Degree or MBA in relevant field. 
• In-depth experience in managing complex ERP-centric and SAP environments. 
• IT Certifications in Applications, Security, Project Management and related fields are desirable. 
• Minimum of fifteen years (15) years’ cognate experience in broad-based IT Operations. 
• Proven expertise in leading and managing large teams in a multinational with at least five years in a process manufacturing environment.
