Job Purpose

• To effectively audit all inventory transactions and ensure compliance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Warehouse receipts and credit reconciliation
• Finished Goods and Empties Transfer Reconciliation
• Stock Take Reconciliation & Capture
• Archiving of loading and return documents
• DPO Implementation
• Audit route settlement processes.
• Monitor stock age and rotation.
• Monitor packaging quality
• Stock age policy (FEFO).
• Inventory days of cover management (OOR & OOS)
• Manage own performance.
• Daily Reports Compilation
• Stock write offs (Warehouse Breakages & BITs)
• Partake in OWDs and audits
• Verify stock and delivery documentation daily.

Requirement

• B.Sc / B.Tech / HND qualification.
