Renaissance Care and Empowerment Foundation (RECEF) is a non – governmental, non-profit making, non-religious and non-partisan organization established with the aim of ensuring societal development in the area of Health, Education, Vocational training, Economic Empowerment and conflict prevention with focus on children, women, youths and other vulnerable groups.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: CLM Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the CLM framework.
• The successful candidate will lead the Foundation’s efforts in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting periodic program audits, and generating high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• This role requires a professional capable of translating complex data into actionable insights to improve program efficiency and accountability.

Requirements
Educational Background:

• Possession of a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, or the implementation of community-based programs within the nonprofit or development sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection tools (such as KoboToolbox or ODK) and a strong command of Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills for community engagement, and a steadfast commitment to data confidentiality and integrity.
