Job Title: Community Manager and CRM Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Manage the Company’s Online and offline Community daily
  • Maintain positive relationships with the company’s clients
  • Collaborate with the media team to ceate captivating Video Content
  • Generating leads and closing deals for the company

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Media Presentation:

  • Present and host live shows, podcasts, or video content with confidence and charisma
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, news, and relevant topics
  • Collaborate with the media team to brainstorm and create captivating content ideas.

Community Management:

  • Plan and lead webinars, Sales Trainings, Podcast session, Hangouts, Site Inspections e.t.c
  • Develop high-quality content daily,weekly and monthly to enhance the overall learning experience and growth of the community
  • Customize presentations to meet the needs and proficiency levels of various audience segments, ranging from newbies in the real estate space to learned persons.
  • Respond to questions, comments, requests, and feedback
  • Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and guidance to community members.

Customer Relations:

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Manage incoming phone calls.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Present, promote and sell Havana Prime products using persuasive communication to existing and prospective customers.
  • Ensure the growth of the company's business through aggressive sales and techniques.
  • Generating Leads.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
  • Create, plan and schedule presentations of company products to existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years work exprience.
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of B2B and B2C business models
  • Good computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Smart, young and beautiful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Charismatic and confident on-screen presence.
  • Ability to hold humorous conversations.
  • Excellent dress sense.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to close sales.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 monthly.
