We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compensation and Benefit Assistant (HR)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Processing employee payroll accurately and on time
• Assisting with payroll-related queries from staff
• Maintaining payroll records and reports
• Collaborating with HR and finance departments
• Managing employee attendance, leave, and overtime records
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualification: HND, BSC
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience in payroll administration or similar role
• Knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel
• Understanding of payroll laws and regulations
