Currently, it plans to operate in 6 states in Nigeria and envisages providing energy storage services to more than 100,000 households and businesses. Its product lines cover solar lighting systems, portable energy storage equipment, home integrated energy storage systems and outdoor mobile power platforms to meet customers' power needs in multiple scenarios.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compensation and Performance Manager 

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor employee performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze salary data and market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align compensation practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in compensation and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market benchmarking.

Salary
N350,000 per month.
