Job Title: Content Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Ensure consistency in content and messaging across all digital media platforms (website, social media platforms etc.)
• Derive market insight and business intelligence through customer surveys, polls and competitor analysis.
• Manage and optimize online deliveries through strategic partnerships.
• Ensure quality control by regularly monitoring digital communication channels.
• Drive customer engagement through email and sms marketing.
• Define and enforce key performance indicators for all communications channels which will indicate a campaign's level of success.
