Job Title: Head of Service

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• A facility management company is seeking for the Head of service to oversee all shortlets, luxury apartments and hotels in the organisation.
• Handle escalations and resolve service issues
• Settle service level agreements and monitir compliance
• Train and develop customer service teams
• Manage service delivery and quality standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements

• Interested candidates must have worked in a luxury hotel or in a bank as a team lead.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
