Job Title: Management Graduate Trainee

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program across our QSR operations to gain hands-on experience in front-of-house, back-of-house, inventory, customer service, and staff coordination. Successful candidates will be groomed to take on supervisory or managerial positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training across all QSR departments (kitchen, service, cashiering, inventory, and outlet operations).
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare reports and operational documentation.
• Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and cost control activities.
• Contribute to service improvement and overall outlet performance.
• Assist outlet managers with daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
• Learn and enforce Crave City Mega Ltd operational standards, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Support in monitoring product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
• Perform any other tasks assigned during the training period.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates who have completed NYSC (mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
• Degree in any related field (Hospitality, Business, Food Science, etc. is an advantage).
• Strong interest in the QSR/food service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
