We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Room Steward

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Room Steward, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in our guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
• Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence will provide our guests with a truly unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to exceptional standards.
• Provide turndown service and prepare rooms for arrival.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams.
• Ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Restock linens, amenities, and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost or found items.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy carts and equipment.
• Fluency in English.
• 1 - 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.
• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality (desirable).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with hotel operating systems.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
• Certification in infection control, hygiene, or environmental sustainability.
