Ponticelli Nigeria Limited [PNL] is a subsidiary of Ponticelli Frères Group, a leading European services supplier to companies in the energy, industrial, and infrastructural sectors. PNL specializes in world-class construction and upgrade services for Oil and Gas facilities in the Nigerian market, both onshore and offshore.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contract and Subcontract Manager

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Higher levels such as Bac +5, ideally in business law
• He/She must be rigorous and methodical in his/her approach
• He/She must use common sense and be able to anticipate and analyze
• He/She must be able to be both authoritarian and flexible depending on the circumstances.
• Significant experience in the contractual management of large projects ideally with knowledge of the Anglo-Saxon legal environment
• Excellent communication skills
