We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contracts and Tendering Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 
The prospective Candidate for this role should be able to Tender for the Oil and Gas jobs and shall be responsible for the following task:

• Ensure the production of final bid documents and arrangements to supply these documents to the Clients within defined tender deadlines
• Liaise with other company departments for a seamless flow of operations in accordance with the Company’s processes.
• Monitor bid/quotation throughout the process, providing weekly status/exception reports as required.
• Undertake other administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure that all Company’s statutory documents are up to date.
• Ensure daily NipeX check for new Tenders
• Reports to the Managing Director and seek clarification on issues if in doubt.
• Ensure bid and proposal WORD documentation is formatted, collated and presented in a professional manner.
• To organize Bid Team Reviews and Bid Submissions.
• Maintain the status of generic proposals and work with Bid Manager to ensure they are reviewed, revised and reapproved as necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant 5 - 10 years work experience.

Salary
N120000 - N150000 monthly.
