Job Description

• We are looking for a Control & Compliance Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Nigeria.
• As a Control & Compliance Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's control and compliance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• You will be the primary point of contact for all external and internal stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja, Nigeria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably in compliance or risk management
• Experience working with regulators and other external stakeholders
• Professional certification in compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement control and compliance policies and procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
