Job Title: Marketing Intern

Details

  • The Marketing Intern will be responsible for driving awareness for the firm’s services across all its brands.

This will involve:

  • Developing and executing the firm’s marketing strategy
  • Managing the digital assets of the holding company and subsidiaries
  • Liaising with external vendors to design graphics and promotional materials for our marketing campaigns
  • Developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our marketing campaigns offline and across all digital channels
  • Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Analytical thinking and Curiosity is a welcomed asset.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree holder in marketing, mass communication or related courses

Job Description:

  • Come up with a broad understanding of the client and their needs
  • Collaborate with various teams and generating original ideas
  • Create content briefs of the agreed-upon strategies
  • Utilize any research and data for future sales strategies
  • Analyze new data to update the program's status
  • Research & gather data to develop well- informed strategic plans for clients

  • Responding adequately to client briefs.

  • Create content in proposal generation, training and meetings.

  • Analyse, interpret and present results to the client.
  • Deliver ideas and final products to clients for review.

  • Has experience in managing big accounts end to end (Conceptualization to execution phases).
  • Has experience in working on Above-the-line, Below-the-line or through-the-line projects
  • Leadership, process management, relationship development, negotiations, communication, customer service, analysis and Excel. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
  • Proven success managing complex projects on-time and working in cross-functional teams

Job Title: Accountant

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes.
  • Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
  • Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing and processing payments.
  • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Conducts reconciliation of all account as the need arises.
  • Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis and summarization of data.
  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

Job Title: Art Director

Madison and Park is hiring an Art Director who would be responsible for creating visual concepts in response to clients’ briefs and relaying them to the Creative Director/ account management team. This involves all media platforms including but not limited to:

  • Digital communications, websites, mobile apps and email
  • Marketing campaigns & materials
  • Press and print advertising
  • Branding and corporate identity designs
  • The Art Director need to be a natural visual thinker, ready to expand on his/her skills and learn from Senior Art Director to flourish.
  • Often working with a copywriter and Strategy team to develop ideas and concepts, the job demands the confidence to creatively assertive ideas and the passion to sell ideas to peers and clients. The art director will also have some responsibility to help develop the design offering of an agency. Pro-active in approach, and with a genuine understanding of the visual medium, the role is very ‘hands-on’ and often busy.

Primary Duties

  • Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive
  • Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas
  • Working with the Creative Director and Account Managers to establish appropriate creative directions
  • Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns
  • Working with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insights
  • Developing interactive design;
  • Develop illustrations; edit images and layouts to bring ideas to life using relevant design software

Education and Work Experience

  • Graduate Degree in Graphics design from a reputable Higher Institution
  • Minimum of Four to Eight (4 - 8) years of relevant work experience in an ATL/Creative Agency or production company. ( A MUST )

Skills Required:

  • An understanding of creative design and layout
  • Strong skills with design software such as In-Design, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, etc
  • The ability to build creative and unique ideas in 2d and 3d Animations
  • The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients
  • The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations
